Spinach Berry Smoothie

- 1 and 3/4 cup ph balanced water
- 1 banana
- 1 tbs coconut butter (I use artisana 100% raw organic)
- 2 cups baby spinach
- .5 ounces fresh parsley
- 1 large organic apple cored and sliced but peel on
- 1 organic carrot peeled and chopped
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 cup organic blueberries
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1/2 tbs hemp seed
- 1/2 tbs ground flaxseed
DIRECTIONS
- First rinse the parsley and spinach in a strainer.
- Place water, coconut butter, banana, spinach, parsley, blueberries and lemon juice in blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Then add, carrot, apples and seeds.
- Blend until smooth.
- Enjoy!
