Spinach Berry Smoothie

  • 1 and 3/4 cup ph balanced water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbs coconut butter (I use artisana 100% raw organic)
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • .5 ounces fresh parsley
  • 1 large organic apple cored and sliced but peel on
  • 1 organic carrot peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 cup organic blueberries
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbs hemp seed
  • 1/2 tbs ground flaxseed
DIRECTIONS
  1. First rinse the parsley and spinach in a strainer.
  2. Place water, coconut butter, banana, spinach, parsley, blueberries and lemon juice in blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Then add, carrot, apples and seeds.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Enjoy!
