Spooky Smoky Guacamole
INGREDIENTS
  • Preparation Time: 15
  • 3 small, ripe avocados, halved and pitted
  • 2/3 cup onion, chopped
  • 2/3 cup packed fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp adobo sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Scoop avocado flesh into bowl and mash with fork.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill. Makes 3 cups
