Squashy Casserole

INGREDIENTS
- 2 small yellow squash, shredded yielding 2 cups
- 2 small zucchini, shredded yielding 2 cups
- 3 cups boxed stuffing mix
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat over to 350
- mix stuffing and butter reserve about 1/2 cup aside. Spon rest into 2 qt baking dish
- mix soup, sour cream, squashes and carrots and cheese. spread over stuffing and top with reserved stuffing mixture.
- Bake for 40 minutes
