  • 1 gallon OJ
  • 1 quart soy sauce
  • 2 cups sweet chili
  • 2 1/4 cup worcestershire
  • 4 bottles Pickapepper
  • 3 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 1/4 cup amber vinegar
  • 6 cup craisins
  • 1 tsp. ceyenne
  • 2 tB dijon
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all and bring to a boil. Cool completely and then blend until smooth.
  2. You can half this recipe- it is quite a lot of steak sauce, but if you put it in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge for up to three weeks or so. This is perfect for a group or party setting. A little sweet but savory sauce perfect for a great steak...
