Steak and Vegetables
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. beef, cut in 1 inch cubes
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • freshly cracked pepper
  • 8 bamboo skewers
  • veggies as desired (I used onion and red bell pepper)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Soak bamboo skewers in water for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Drizzle cubed beef with worcestershire sauce.
  3. Season liberally with fresh cracked black pepper.
  4. Add kosher salt & thyme.
  5. Put on skewers.
  6. Grill until desired tenderness.
