Steamed Bok Choy
INGREDIENTS

  • Preparation Time: 10
  • 2 large Bundles of Bok Choy
  • 1 Tsp of virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp of green seasoning
  • 3 small brach ofCelery
  • 1 branch of parsley
  • 1 branch of fresh/dry thyme
  • 2 chicken granules cubes
  • 2 dash of garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
  1. Rinse vegetable over cool running water
  2. Cut vegetables into small pieces.( about 1 inch each)
  3. Heat 1 tsp of virgin olive oil on medium fire
  4. Add green seasoning mix
  5. Stir and simmer on medium heat for 5 mn
  6. Add chicken granules into the pot
  7. Stir and be sure to crush cubes (flavor)
  8. Add half of the Bok Choy to the pot and stir
  9. Add other half and stir
  10. Add Garlic powder
  11. Cover and steam on low fire for 15 mn
  12. Can be served with white rice/vegetable rice
