Steamed Bok Choy

- 2 large Bundles of Bok Choy
- 1 Tsp of virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp of green seasoning
- 3 small brach ofCelery
- 1 branch of parsley
- 1 branch of fresh/dry thyme
- 2 chicken granules cubes
- 2 dash of garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
- Rinse vegetable over cool running water
- Cut vegetables into small pieces.( about 1 inch each)
- Heat 1 tsp of virgin olive oil on medium fire
- Add green seasoning mix
- Stir and simmer on medium heat for 5 mn
- Add chicken granules into the pot
- Stir and be sure to crush cubes (flavor)
- Add half of the Bok Choy to the pot and stir
- Add other half and stir
- Add Garlic powder
- Cover and steam on low fire for 15 mn
- Can be served with white rice/vegetable rice
