Strawberry Jam

- 4lbs of strawberries (5c crushed)
- 7 cups sugar
- 1 box pectin
DIRECTIONS
- hull strawberries
- fill water bath and pre-heat on medium heat
- crush the strawberried in layers to get 5 cups crushed
- place in big stock pot
- measure out sugar into a seperate bowl
- stir pectin in strawberries quickly
- turn heat on to high and bring to boil stirring constantly
- Add sugar quickly and stir constantly until it boils
- boil for 1 min
- remove from heat and skim off any foam
- ladle in jars process 10 min
