Stuffed Mushrooms
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (8oz) Package Cream Cheese
  • 1 Package Sausage (ground)
  • 1 Package frozen spinach, prepared and drained and squezzed until dry
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika
  • 1/2 Teaspoon basil
  • 1 Package Large Mushrooms, whole
  • Paprika
  • Cheddar Parmesan blend cheese, shredded
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Brown Sausage(drain)
  2. 2. Soften Cream Cheese.
  3. 3. Add Onion to frying pan and saute in 1 tbsp. olive oil and 1 tbsp. butter
  4. 4. Mix ingredients (cream cheese, onions, sausage, spinach and spices)
  5. 5. Wash mushrooms and remove stems,
  6. 6. Spoon mixture into mushroom tops.
  7. 7. Let sit in refrigerator to firm. (Best if overnight)
  8. 8. Arrange mushrooms on to cookie sheet,and brush with butter. Bake 20 min. at 350 degrees.(ovens may vary)
  9. 9. Top with paprika, and cheese, let melt under broiler, on low
