Stuffed Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 egg white, unbeaten
  • 1/2 lb shrimp
  • 14 dried mushrooms
  • 1 tsp ginger juice
  • 1 tsp wine
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Soy sauce
DIRECTIONS
  1. Chop shrimp fine.
  2. Soak mushrooms in lukewarm water 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. Mix rest of ingredients and mound onto mushrooms.
  4. Steam for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve hot or cold with soy sauce.
