Super Easy Mexican Chicken
- 1. 1 pkg. low-sodium taco seasoning
- 2. 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Place taco seasoning in a large, zip-lock plastic bag. Add chicken breasts, one at a time, and shake to coat. Place chicken on a non-stick cookie sheet and bake at 350 until juices run clear. You can serve as is, or when cooked, top with a spoon of salsa or sour cream, or both!
- I serve this with Uncle Ben's Spanish Style Ready-Rice (cooks in 90 seconds in your microwave) and Bush's canned black beans! YUM! :)
