Super-fast Fudge

- 4 cups sugar
- 2 cans evaporated milk, 5 ounces each
- 1 cup butter
- 1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips, 12 ounces
- 1 jar of Marshmallow Crème, 7 ounces
- 1 cup chopped nuts, if desired
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Butter the sides of a good-sized saucepan and combine:
- 4 cups sugar
- 2 cans evaporated milk, 5 ounces each
- 1 cup butter
- Cook on medium high to 236 degrees or soft-ball stage. Remove from heat and add:
- 1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips, 12 ounces
- 1 jar of Marshmallow Crème, 7 ounces
- 1 cup chopped nuts, if desired
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Stir together until melted. Spread into a 13x9 pan lined with buttered foil. Score into squares. Let cool. Cut into pieces. Store in the refrigerator.
