Super-fast Fudge

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 2 cans evaporated milk, 5 ounces each
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips, 12 ounces
  • 1 jar of Marshmallow Crème, 7 ounces
  • 1 cup chopped nuts, if desired
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
DIRECTIONS
  1. Butter the sides of a good-sized saucepan and combine:
  2. 4 cups sugar
  3. 2 cans evaporated milk, 5 ounces each
  4. 1 cup butter
  5. Cook on medium high to 236 degrees or soft-ball stage. Remove from heat and add:
  6. 1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips, 12 ounces
  7. 1 jar of Marshmallow Crème, 7 ounces
  8. 1 cup chopped nuts, if desired
  9. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  10. Stir together until melted. Spread into a 13x9 pan lined with buttered foil. Score into squares. Let cool. Cut into pieces. Store in the refrigerator.
