Susie's Simple Salmon

  • 1 can of salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup of rice, cooked
  • handful of green onions
  • soy sauce
DIRECTIONS
  1. Boil the rice.
  2. Flake the salmon.
  3. Cut the greens off the onions.
  4. Combine, and sprinkle with soy sauce.
RECIPE BACKSTORY
My mother in law who lived to be 96 would whip this up for lunch regularly. It is a great quick hot meal for someone who has problems chewing. Also it is frugal. Be sure the rice is hot.
