Sweet Dinner Rolls

INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 10-15 min
- Servings: 16 rolls
- Preparation Time: 20 min
- 3-4 cups flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 t salt
- 2 t yeast (or 1 packet)
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c warmed milk
- 1/2 c warm water
- extra butter for spreading on dough
DIRECTIONS
- In mixer add 2 cups of flour, sugar, salt, yeast, butter and egg.
- mix for about 30 seconds
- slowly add milk and water and mix about a minute
- add remaining flour a 1/2 cup at a time until dough sticks to hook and cleans bowl let mix about 30 sec in between
- mix about 2 minutes
- cover bowl and let rise about 20 minutes
- divide dough in half and roll out on floured surface to a 12 inch circle
- use pastry or pizza wheel to cut wedges then roll
- place on baking sheet cover and let rise about an hour
- bake at 400 degrees for about 10-15 min
- freeze or serve warm
