Sweet and Hot Mustard
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 cup dried mustard powder
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix cider vinegar & mustard powder and set aside over night. Add eggs & sugar. Heat to boiling, stirring the mustard until it has a pudding like consistency.
  2. Place mustard in canning jars and seal them by cooking the jars in a hot bath for 5 minutes
