Taco Dip
INGREDIENTS
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • Medium Salsa – 16 oz jar
  • Lettuce
  • 1 small Tomato
  • Scallions
  • 12 oz Cheddar Cheese
  • Black olives (sliced – optional)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix sour cream and cream cheese in a blender until thick, spread over bottom of 9” round dish. Then layer salsa, lettuce, scallions, tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and black olives.
  2. Serve with nacho chips
  3. This should be layered right before serving; if it is done to early dip will become watery.
