Taco Dip

- 2 cans refried beans
- 1 1/2 package taco seasoning
- 1 container sour cream
- 1 bottle of salsa (any hotness desired)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 bag shredded lettuce
- 3 green onions
- olives if desired
DIRECTIONS
- Mix refried beans with taco seasonings and put all at bottom of casserole dish
- layer 1/2 to 3/4 sour cream on top
- layer 1/2 to 3/4 container of salad on top of sour cream
- layer 1 cup shredded cheese on top of sour cream
- Chop up shredded lettuce and layer on top of cheese until cheese is covered
- chop up green onions and olives and sprinkle on top
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top
- Serve after chilled for at least an hour
- Serve with tortilla chips or Frito's corn scoops
