Taco Soup

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef (7%)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 envelope ranch dressing mix
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1 15-oz. can pinto or great northern beans
  • 1 15-oz. can chili beans
  • 1 can water
  • 2 14.5-oz. cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 15-oz. can corn
DIRECTIONS
  1. Brown meat and onions until no pink remains in meat. Drain. Add mixes. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
  2. Note: I dumped in leftover mexican rice. It was a nice addition. Not sure what effect that would have on points.
