Tasty Veal Casserole

  • 1 pound veal cutlets, cut in 2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/8 teaspoon oregano, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoon butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 2 cups cooked noodles
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
DIRECTIONS
  1. Brown veal, onion, garlic and oregano in butter in skillet til onion is tender.
  2. Combine soup, sour cream and mix well.
  3. Stil in Rotel, combine well.
  4. Add to veal mixture. Stir well.
  5. Mix in noodles and pour in a 2 quart casserole.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley.
  7. bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
