Tetrazzini
INGREDIENTS

- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tbs sherry
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 7oz cooked spaghetti
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 cups turkey or chicken
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Fresh sliced mushrooms
DIRECTIONS
- Melt butter
- Blend in flour and seasonings
- Cook over low heat, stirring until smooth and bubbly
- Remove from heat
- Stir in broth and cream
- Heat to boiling, stirring constantly
- Boil and stir 1 minute
- Stir in sherry and poultry
- Place spaghetti in 2 qt casserole
- Top with sliced mushrooms
- Pour sauce over the top
- Top with Parmesan cheese
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes
