  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tbs sherry
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 7oz cooked spaghetti
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups turkey or chicken
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh sliced mushrooms
DIRECTIONS
  1. Melt butter
  2. Blend in flour and seasonings
  3. Cook over low heat, stirring until smooth and bubbly
  4. Remove from heat
  5. Stir in broth and cream
  6. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly
  7. Boil and stir 1 minute
  8. Stir in sherry and poultry
  9. Place spaghetti in 2 qt casserole
  10. Top with sliced mushrooms
  11. Pour sauce over the top
  12. Top with Parmesan cheese
  13. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes
