INGREDIENTS
  • 1 package Italian dressing
  • 1 can whole kernal corn
  • 1 can small peas
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix dressing according to package directions.
  2. Drain all cans, combine with all other ingredients.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.
RECIPE BACKSTORY
There are lots of variations of this recipe, but this is the one I use the most. I've also used black-eyed peas and yellow peppers.
