Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
  • Cooking Time: 45-60
  • 2 to 3 cups pumpkin seeds (yield from 2 medium pumpkins)
  • 2 T melted butter
  • Assorted dried herbs & spices
  • Suggestions:
  • Cumin
  • Garlic powder/salt
  • Chili powder
  • Oregano
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Dashes of Hot Sauce
  • Garlic powder/salt
  • Or go sweet and do Cinnamon and Sugar!
  1. Place in large bowl to mix with melted butter. Add desired herbs and spices to taste.
  2. Spread seeds on nonstick jellyroll or cookie sheet (with sides).
  3. Bake @ 250 degrees for 45-60 minutes, stirring the seeds around every 15 minutes.
If you are carving pumpkins the seeds!! This recipe is open to alot of creativity and a great way to use multiple spices in your spice rack.
