Tomato Bisque
CATEGORIES
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 can beef broth
  • water
  • basil
  • olive oil
  • few carrots salt/pepper
  • sour ceam
  • italian seasoning
  • parmesean cheese
  • pinch of cumin
  • garlic chopped
  • chopped parsley (at end)
  • chopped shrimp
DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend everything together except for garlic, parsley and shrimp
  2. Add garlic, parsley and shrimp at end
  3. Add to seafood ravioli (optional)
RECIPE BACKSTORY
I started by making an oxtail soup which resulted in a disaster. Vicky and I were able to save the soup be creating this tomato bisque.
