Tomato and Basil Salad

  • Heirloom tomatoes
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper
  1. Slice tomatoes ¼ to ½ inch thick. In the center of the plate stack one slice of tomato and top with fresh basil, repeat two or three times. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
