  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small carrot, grated
  • 1/4 t oregano
  • 1/2 sugar
  • 1 t butter
  • 1/4 t garlic salt
  • 1 small stalk of celery chopped
  • Salt n pepper
  • 1 small tin of tomato purée
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1) melt butter and lightly fry onions, carrots and celery.
  2. 2) add remaining ingredients
  3. 3) simmer 10 minutes, thicken if necessary.
