Tuna Melt

  • 2 Cans store brand tuna in water, drained
  • 1/4 Cup fat free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cup finely diced green pepper
  • 4 Green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 Teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 Slices whole wheat bread
  • 1/2 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat broiler. Combine tuna, mayonnaise, bell pepper, green onions and black pepper in small bowl. Place bread on cookie sheet. Spread tuna mixture evenly on each bread slice. Broil 4 minutes on high. Sprinkle with cheese and broil 1 minute more or until cheese is melted.
