Tuna Melt

- 2 Cans store brand tuna in water, drained
- 1/4 Cup fat free mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup finely diced green pepper
- 4 Green onions, sliced
- 1/4 Teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 Slices whole wheat bread
- 1/2 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat broiler. Combine tuna, mayonnaise, bell pepper, green onions and black pepper in small bowl. Place bread on cookie sheet. Spread tuna mixture evenly on each bread slice. Broil 4 minutes on high. Sprinkle with cheese and broil 1 minute more or until cheese is melted.
