Turkey Brine

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 gallons water
- 1/2 C kosher salt
- 1/2 C dark brown sugar
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp Cajun spice
- 2 tsp celery seed
DIRECTIONS
- Combine ingredients and heat water to dissolve salt and sugar
- Cool and soak turkey for 2 days
- After 2 days, remove turkey and dry on rack in refrigerator for 2 days
