  • 1 cup chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups turkey broth
  • 2 1/2 cups potatoes, cut up
  • 1 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, cut up
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
DIRECTIONS
  1. Melt butter/margarine in stock pot
  2. add celery and onion, cook until slightly softened
  3. add remaining ingredients and heat on medium low until potatoes are cooked.
