Tzatziki, aka Cacik

- 1 cup whole fat yogurt
- 2 pieces of garlic, diced small (I use a lot more)
- 1/4 cup burpless cucumber, peeled and diced
- Mix by hand until thoroughly blended. It's that simple and makes a healthy appetizer or topping for dishes like dolma or falafel.
The Greeks pronounce this dish Ja-JEE-ki, the Turks pronounce it Jah-JUK. No matter what you call it or how you say its name, it is so delicious and remarkably simple. I love to drizzle it on my falafel to balance the warm, crunchy fried falafel with the cool, smooth & creamy taste.
