Uncomplicated Dip for vegggies
  • 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese, softened
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. of Russian dressing, or the dark red French dressing, depending on the consistency of the finished dip you want
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  1. Combine all ingredients until smooth. Serve at room temperature with assorted cut up vegetables, such as carrots, peppers, cucumbers etc.
I learned to make this at a very young age. It was a favorite of my family when I was growing up. It has very few ingredients, is easy to whip up and tastes delicious.
