Vanilla Latte Butter Cream Frosting
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 16 oz powdered sugar
- 3 - 5 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon instant espresso *
- Beat butter, vanilla, espresso and salt until creamy. Gradually add the sugar and milk, alternating between the two, adding the milk 1 tablespoon at a time. Start with the initial 3 tablespoons of milk. If more is needed for desired consistency, add additional milk.
- *I have not been able to find instant espresso at my grocery store, therefore I use instant coffee...adding a little more than the 1 tablespoon until it tastes good.
