Vanilla Wafer Cake
  • 2 Sticks Butter
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Box Vanilla Wafers, crushed
  • 1 Cup Coconut
  • 1 Cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat in milk. Fold in coconut and pecans.
  2. Add and stir in crushed vanilla wafers. Bake in greased and floured tube pan for about 1 1/2 hours (or until done) at 325 degrees.
This is a great cake that is quick and easy to make. It satisfies the sweet tooth without all that gooey icing or filling that most cakes have. Good served a little warm with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream!
