Venison Sloppy Joes

- 2 lb ground venison, crumbled
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 jar (12 oz.) chili sauce
- 1 cup ketsup
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp red pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1 tsp salt
- hamburger buns
DIRECTIONS
- 1 Cook venison and onion over medium heat for about 15 minutes until the meat is no longer pink.
- 2 Stir occasionally.
- 3 Stir in all remaining ingredients.
- 4 Simmer for 25 minutes.
- 5 Serve on hamburger buns.
