Venison Spaghetti

- 1 lb ground venison
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp minced parsley
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (12 oz.) tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 box (8 oz.) spaghetti, cooked
- freshly grated parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
- 1 Brown venison in oil.
- 2 Add parsley, onions and garlic.
- 3 Cook until tender.
- 4 Add remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese.
- 5 Simmer over low heat for 2 hours.
- 6 Serve over spaghetti.
- 7 Serve with parmesan cheese.
