Vinegar Cake

INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 16
- 1 1/2 C all-purpose flour
- 1 C sugar
- 1 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 3 T cocoa lus more for dusting cake
- 1 T vinegar
- 1 T vanilla extract
- 1 C warm water
- 6 T vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix dry ingredients together
- Mak a well in dry ingredients and add wet ingredients
- Mix well
- If batter isn't very loose, add a bit more warm water (1 T at a time) until you get a thin batter
- Pour into an 8 or 9 inch square pan
- Bake 25-30 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean
- Let cool and dust with cocoa
