WARM CINNAMON CHEESE BREAD ROLLS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 loaf soft white sandwich bread, crust removed
  • 2-8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups sugar, divided
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup melted butter
DIRECTIONS
  1. Flatten bread with rolling pin.
  2. Beat cream cheese with ½ cup sugar and egg yolks.
  3. Spread onto flattened bread; roll up jelly roll style.
  4. Combine cinnamon and remaining sugar.
  5. Lightly dip roll in butter, then into cinnamon/sugar.
  6. Place on ungreased baking sheet seem side down.
  7. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
