Waldorf Salad
  • 1 Pink Lady apple, diced
  • 1 Bosch Pear, diced
  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • 1 handful of baby spinach
  • 1 handful of candied walnuts
  • 1/4 cup yogurt (or mayonnaise)
  1. Toss all of the above together in a bowl and serve.
This is a very good dish to whip up in minutes if you do not want to turn on the stove. Just dice up some fruits and mix in some yogurt and top it with some candied walnuts. The classic waldorf calls for celery, mayo and bib lettuce (boston lettuce) but I replaced them with seedless green grapes, yogurt and baby spinach.
