Watermelon and St Germain cooler

  • Frozen chunks watermelon to make 1.5 c puree
  • St Germaine
  • 1. Tbs sugar
  • Tonic water
DIRECTIONS
  1. Puree frozen melon in blender with 1 Tbs sugar. Add St Germain liquor. Pour into2 tall glasses and top with chilled tonic water.
