Weight Watcher's Corn and Black Bean Medley

  • Preparation Time: 10
  • 1 can of Black Beans (15 oz)
  • 1 bag of frozen corn
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1-2 whole limes
  1. Boil the Corn, strain and let cool before mixing in with other ingredients
  2. Rinse and drain black beans
  3. Cube the avocado
  4. Layer the Corn, Black Beans, and Avocado.
  5. After each layer squeeze lime over it.
  6. Mix together and Enjoy!
