Whey Crisp Protein Power Burger!!
INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: Makes 4 Burgers
  • 1 16 oz. ground chicken breast
  • 1 cup Whey Crisps
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon steak sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grill seasoning
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix egg whites, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning in a bowl. Add chicken and Whey Crisps into mixture. Make 4 small patties. Grill burgers on inside grill or frying pan until cooked through. Add fat free or reduced fat cheese, tomato, red onion, and lettuce. Serve on whole wheat roll.
