  • 1 Pint warm Water
  • 21g fast active yeast
  • 1 T-Spoon Salt.
  • 2 x Table Spoons Sugar.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix it all up.
  2. knead for a while. >10 mins
  3. Cover allow to double in size
  4. Punch down
  5. Knead again < 5 mins
  6. shape funky or normal.
  7. allow to rise double in size.
  8. Bake in oven @ high with fan on for 30 minutes.
  9. If you beat up a egg yoke and a bit of milk.
  10. Bake at a lower temperature. Still experimenting on this.
