- 1 KG Strong White Flour
- 1 Pint warm Water
- 21g fast active yeast
- 1 T-Spoon Salt.
- 2 x Table Spoons Sugar.
DIRECTIONS
- Mix it all up.
- knead for a while. >10 mins
- Cover allow to double in size
- Punch down
- Knead again < 5 mins
- shape funky or normal.
- allow to rise double in size.
- Bake in oven @ high with fan on for 30 minutes.
- If you beat up a egg yoke and a bit of milk.
- Bake at a lower temperature. Still experimenting on this.
