Wonton Crisps
  • Cooking Time: 7
  • 12 Square Wonton Skins
  • 2 Teaspoons Butter, Melted
  • Nonstick Spray Coating
  • 2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Basil, Crushed
  1. Brush skins lightly on one side with melted butter, cut in half diagonally.
  2. Spray 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
  3. Arrange triangles in a single layer in pan, butter side up.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and basil.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 7 minutes or till crisp. Makes 24 triangles.
Very easy to make and pretty versatile. If you don't like basil or parmesan, try something else.
