chocolate buttercream
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 5 - 10 minutes
  • Servings: covers one 8 inch cake
  • Preparation Time: 2 minutes
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 3/4 cups confectionary sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 plus extra milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. cream softened butter
  2. add sifted confectionary sugar
  3. mix
  4. add 1/4 cup milk
  5. mix
  6. add cocoa powder
  7. mix
  8. if too grainy after mixing for about two minutes from this point add milk, by teaspoon but dont exceed 3 teaspoons
