chocolate buttercream
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 5 - 10 minutes
- Servings: covers one 8 inch cake
- Preparation Time: 2 minutes
- 1 stick butter
- 2 3/4 cups confectionary sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 plus extra milk
DIRECTIONS
- cream softened butter
- add sifted confectionary sugar
- mix
- add 1/4 cup milk
- mix
- add cocoa powder
- mix
- if too grainy after mixing for about two minutes from this point add milk, by teaspoon but dont exceed 3 teaspoons
