  • crabs (cleaned)
  • potatoes (opt fried in halves with salt and tumric pwd)
  • G+G paste
  • salt

  • dash of greek curd
  1. heat oil and add in the pieces of crab and toss them around to just pre cook
  2. remove it and add in the sliced onions fry to a golden brown
  3. add in the G+G paste, cumin pwd, corianda pwd, saffron(tumric pwd, salt, allspices.
  4. stir fcook till u don't kget a G+G smell
  5. add in the tamrind pulp and the crabs add some water and bring to a boil for a few minutes now add in the greek curd
  6. serve hot with plain rice
