DIRECTIONS
  1. marinate the fish with salt and the tumric pwd and let stand for a few seconds.
  2. mean while heat oil in a frying pan
  3. place the fish in the oil and fry them to a nice golden brown on both sides
  4. spray lemon juice over them
  5. and serve with home made potato chips
