gluten free banana brownie
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cups GF AP flour
- 2/3 Cup cocoa powder
- 2 tsp guar gum
- 1/4 Cup dry milk powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 Cup ground almonds
- 2 Cups sugar
- 1/2 Cup milk
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 4 lg egg whites
- 2 tsp vanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Pre-heat to 350
- Mix dry ingredients together in lg. bowl.
- Beat egg whites, sugar, mashed banana, milk and vanilla.
- Add to dry ingredients.
- Pour into prepared 9x13 pan. To prepare put lg. sheet of parchment paper in pan and oil with canola oil.
- Bake 25-30 mins. Prick test for done-ness. Do Not Over Cook!
