gluten free banana brownie

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Cups GF AP flour
  • 2/3 Cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp guar gum
  • 1/4 Cup dry milk powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 Cup ground almonds
  • 2 Cups sugar
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 4 lg egg whites
  • 2 tsp vanilla
DIRECTIONS
  1. Pre-heat to 350
  2. Mix dry ingredients together in lg. bowl.
  3. Beat egg whites, sugar, mashed banana, milk and vanilla.
  4. Add to dry ingredients.
  5. Pour into prepared 9x13 pan. To prepare put lg. sheet of parchment paper in pan and oil with canola oil.
  6. Bake 25-30 mins. Prick test for done-ness. Do Not Over Cook!
