  • feta cheese salted or sheep cheese 300gr
  • eggs 3
  • puff pastry 2 sheets
  • butter 30 gr
  1. chop the leeks
  2. put them into a saucepan with a small amount of water
  3. stir and boyle 4o min
  4. when is cooler add the eggs and half of cheese grated
  5. with this composition fill between the 2 sheets put the other half cheese grated
  6. grease the trey
  7. is better in a round one but is hard to reshape the sheets
  8. put in the oven
  9. preheated
  10. keep inside under 180 celsius
  11. should be golden slightly brown 30-35 min
well i have a macedonian origin is from my grandmother .macedonian people love pies very much.is just delicious and it may be the main course or just a snack.is my son's favourite dish.we want to share the joy with you.
