DIRECTIONS
- chop the leeks
- put them into a saucepan with a small amount of water
- stir and boyle 4o min
- when is cooler add the eggs and half of cheese grated
- with this composition fill between the 2 sheets put the other half cheese grated
- grease the trey
- is better in a round one but is hard to reshape the sheets
- put in the oven
- preheated
- keep inside under 180 celsius
- should be golden slightly brown 30-35 min
