marinated meatballs

- Servings: 1 pkg turkey
- Preparation Time: 15 minutes
- Meatballs:
- Pkg lean ground turkey
- 1/3 cup high wood crossing oats( made into flour)
- Garlic salt
- Salt free chicken mrs.dash
- 1 free range egg
- sauce:
- Table spoon of ketchup
- 1/2 balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 white vinegar
- 1 cup of coconut palm sugar
- 1/4 cup of gluten free low sodium soy sauce
- Two table spoons of cornstarch ( premix in water first)
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all together and make into tiny balls
- cook in oven on parchment at 400 degrees
- for sauce add two tbsp of corn starch and add the rest of the ingredients
- let the sauce thicken and pour over top!
