  • 2 parts pineapple juice
  • 1 part dark rum
  • 1 part anisette
  • 1 tbsp sugar syrup
  • splash of lime juice (freshly squeezed)
DIRECTIONS
  1. fill cocktail shaker with ice
  2. add pineapple juice, dark rum, anisette, sugar syrup and lime juice
  3. shake
  4. strain into a cocktail glass
