salted peanut nutella chocolate cupcakes

  • 4oz self raising flour
  • 4oz soft butter/margarine
  • 4oz caster sugar
  • 2 lrg eggs
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 4tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2tbsp milk
  • salted peanuts
  • 200g jar nutella chocolate spread
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1- cream butter in a large bowl until pale
  2. 2- sieve in flour, sugar,cocoa and baking powder
  3. 3- add eggs and milk
  4. 4- mix well until light and fluffy
  5. 5- spoon mixture into paper cases in a 12 hole muffin pan
  6. 6- cook for 16-20 mins at 190c (170c fan oven)
  7. 7- cool cakes on wire rack until cold
  8. 8- plop teaspoons of nutella on top of each cake and top with the salty peanuts
  9. 9- enjoy!!
