savory sunday eggs

- 1/4 lb bulk pork sausage
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c milk
- dash of pepper
- 1 8oz cream cheese, cubed
- chopped chives
DIRECTIONS
- Brown sausage in large skillet; drain.
- Add onions; cook until tender.
- Add combined eggs, milk and pepper.
- Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until eggs begin to set.
- Add cream cheese; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until cream cheese is melted and eggs are set.
- Sprinkle with chives.
