savory sunday eggs

  • 1/4 lb bulk pork sausage
  • 1/2 c chopped onion
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c milk
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 8oz cream cheese, cubed
  • chopped chives
DIRECTIONS
  1. Brown sausage in large skillet; drain.
  2. Add onions; cook until tender.
  3. Add combined eggs, milk and pepper.
  4. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until eggs begin to set.
  5. Add cream cheese; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until cream cheese is melted and eggs are set.
  6. Sprinkle with chives.
